quiet street instant water
the location provided peace as it was on a quiet street i appreciated the short walk to the promenade and tram stop near south pier. the room was lovely and warm even during winter months the bedding offered great comfort.

Really good Stay Indeed

Mark was very accomodating. I found a car park space nearby thanks to him. The room had good facilities and was very clean, I slept well as the bedding felt immaculate. Mark kept the room tidy every day and replenished coffee and biscuits daily.
The check-out time felt too early, but it's understandable considering the work required.

The service felt very friendly and helpful. Mark was attentive. Communication was prompt, and he provided useful information about the area.

Each room includes a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. An iron with ironing board was also provided. The room was super clean and cozy, I was happy with the amenities available.

Location was fab, only a short walk from the train station. This made travelling easy. The Waterloo bar was also close to the venue, very convenient for events.

the room was refilled every day. the room included tea and coffee. the value for money was great (i was very impressed!).

The room was clean. The location was a short walk from the Waterloo Tram stop.
The host. Many signs listed rules. On checkout, he was impatient when I was just two minutes late.

quiet Getaway
private parking comfortable beds easy walk warm room
I can recommend this accommodation. We stayed three nights. Mark greeted us and showed us to our private parking space. The room had a fridge for medication. It was away from the hustle yet within easy walking distance to the promenade. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm.
The numerous signs displayed on the walls felt a little much. i would have preferred fewer rules visible
